Key Responsibilities Respond to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. Provide accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants, addressing their questions, concerns, or issues with empathy and understanding. Assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our services and policies. Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues, using your problem-solving skills to find solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring that every interaction with blithequark is a positive one. Collaborate with team members to ensure that all inquiries are handled consistently and to the highest standards. Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, following up as needed to ensure that issues are fully resolved. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, providing accurate information to clients and tenants and reflecting the values and mission of blithequark. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting, where you've developed the skills to handle customer inquiries effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner. Proficiency in using various computer programs and systems, including those used for customer service and administration. The ability to work independently and in a team environment, being self-motivated while also being able to collaborate with colleagues. Availability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed, to ensure that our customers receive the support they need.
