As a remote Customer Service Associate, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of banking. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote customer support team. As a key member of our contact center, you'll be responsible for responding to and resolving customer inquiries related to our banking products and services. With a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate our services and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to and resolving customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email * Providing professional and courteous customer support, consistently meeting or exceeding agent metric standards for calls handled, adherence to schedule, ready/not ready time, and customer satisfaction * Learning and maintaining knowledge of deposit, loan, and digital banking services, as well as other banking products * Partnering with other departments to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions of customer issues and identify processes or procedures that can be improved * Providing feedback to the bank on the usability of our services based on customer interactions * Performing general clerical duties, such as operating departmental equipment, filing, answering phones, taking messages, and handling detail work * May be assigned other job duties and responsibilities with or without prior notice **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High school diploma or GED * Minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role * Previous contact center experience preferred * Ability to work an alternate schedule, including Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9am-8pm * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and retain customer relationships * Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems * Ability to type with speed and accuracy, and operate standard office equipment * Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience working in a highly regulated industry, with a strong understanding of banking policies and procedures * Ability to use a personal computer with experience using Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems * Strong time management skills, with the ability to work independently and adjust to changing schedules * Ability to work outside of normal banking hours, including evenings and weekends **What We Offer** As a remote Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Flexible scheduling, with the ability to work from home * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * A comprehensive training program, with ongoing support and coaching * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
