Key Responsibilities Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, greeting customers and offering assistance with products and services. Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous and efficient checkout service, and process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. Engage customers and patients by resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience. Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items. Maintain a clean and well-merchandised store, including counters, shelves, and displays. Implement company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance. Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Assume web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers. Essential Qualifications Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. Preferred Qualifications Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment. Prefer prior work experience with blithequark.
