As a customer relations representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our retail pharmacy stores by responding to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a manner that reflects our company's purpose and values. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, and letters in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction. * Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions. * Utilize excellent communication skills to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing. * Partner with internal teams to provide support and guidance to customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect. **Essential Qualifications:** * Minimum of 1 consecutive year experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills, with the ability to articulate program details to customers over the telephone and in writing. * Strong PC skills, with the ability to toggle from different applications and navigate Microsoft (MS) Windows-based applications and MS Office. * Flexibility in work schedule, with the ability to complete paid company training program. * Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bilingual in Spanish, with prior experience working in a bilingual environment. * Prior inbound Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Previous experience working from home, with a stable and reliable internet connection. * Prior retail experience or pharmacy experience, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. **Work Schedule:** * Candidates must be available and flexible to work between the hours of 9am-8pm, Eastern Time. * Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday. * This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, with days off may not be consecutive. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate of $17.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $34.15 per hour based on experience and performance. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits. * Eligibility to enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. * Fully-paid term life insurance plan, short-term and long-term disability benefits, and numerous well-being programs. * Paid Time Off (PTO) or vacation pay, as well as paid holidays throughout the calendar year. * Number of paid holidays, sick time, and other time off provided consistent with relevant state law and Company policies. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to putting our heart into every moment of our customers' health.
