With a strong focus on customer service, we strive to create a world-class experience for everyone we interact with. **Job Description** As a Client Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service. You'll work closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to resolve issues, provide product education, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Your passion for customer service, combined with your ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Responsibilities** * Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims * Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs, and provide recommendations for process improvements * Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner * Read and understand explanation of benefits or correspondence * Document all activity made to a claim * Communicate via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients * Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent * REMOTE WORK: + Dedicated work-from-home space + Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity + Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus **Technical Requirements** * Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second * No satellite internet * Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.
