Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing product-related issues, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. You'll be working remotely, and we're currently seeking candidates who are residents of Florida or Texas. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their queries * Resolve product-related issues, such as shipping damage claims, order status updates, and vendor communications * Provide product information, pricing calculations, and recommendations to customers * Utilize your sales acumen to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer service * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to ensure that you're providing the best possible support to our customers **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of customer service experience (preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively through live chat * Excellent typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong understanding of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software * Fluency in English, with excellent writing and speaking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple customer requests simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the e-commerce industry, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices * Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom cabinet design and installation * Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms * Certification in customer service or a related field (desired) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team * Strong typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM * Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong understanding of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software * Ability to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies * Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
