Job Overview blithequark is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Intelligence Engineer to join its Defect Elimination Analytics team. This team is pivotal in driving blithequark towards a defect-free customer experience by developing technology that rapidly identifies defects, associates them with the necessary information to resolve the root cause, and prioritizes improvement opportunities based on business and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to support business intelligence. Partner with cross-functional teams including software developers, data engineers, research scientists, economists, program and product managers to provide insights on customer feedback, create key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in feature engineering and model development. Develop end-to-end automation of pipelines for applications and machine learning (ML) models, ensuring efficiency and scalability. The base pay for this position ranges from $89,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
