About the Role As a Customer Service Professional at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to inbound calls, and providing expert guidance and support to resolve their issues. Key Responsibilities: Receive and respond to inbound calls from clients, providing personalized support and resolving their queries efficiently Listen attentively to clients' concerns, ask questions, and provide clear and concise solutions to their problems Proactively make recommendations to clients to help them avoid future issues and improve their overall experience Utilize your expertise and knowledge to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve our services Benefits and Compensation At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package and a range of benefits to support your well-being and career growth. These include: Competitive hourly rate of $16 per hour Comprehensive medical benefits, starting from your first day of employment Paid training program, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this role Tuition reimbursement program, available after 6 months of employment, up to $5000 per annum Generous paid time off policy, allowing you to recharge and pursue your interests Opportunities for career growth and professional development, tailored to your strengths and aspirations Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of a high school diploma or GED Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and listening skills A relentless drive to provide exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on client satisfaction Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and positive attitude Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and tools Experience working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Work Schedule and Training As a remote customer service representative, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Our hours of operation are 8am – 12am ET, Monday to Sunday, and you will typically work 5 consecutive days on, with 2 consecutive days off. However, please note that shifts may vary to meet business needs, and you will need to have open availability. Our training program is a combination of classroom and on-the-job training, typically lasting 2 weeks. You will receive comprehensive training on our systems, policies, and procedures, as well as coaching and feedback to help you succeed in this role.
