You will work closely with senior leadership, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, develop data-driven insights, and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and marketing teams, focusing on optimizing paid media spend worldwide. Design and build analytics, business intelligence, and data science solutions to enhance paid media performance and improve marketing efficiencies. Collaborate with paid media data science teams and marketing teams to implement media mix models and drive business outcomes. Conduct ad-hoc analysis, query databases, and interpret results to inform business decisions and drive action. Partner with stakeholders to address complex business challenges, leveraging internal and external data sources to deliver actionable insights. Utilize tools such as SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Excel to create and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reports. Analyze data to identify business issues, conduct deep dives, and perform root cause analysis to inform business decisions. Conceptualize and execute analysis that generates insights on customer behavior and needs, driving business growth and improvement. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A degree in a quantitative field such as business, economics, information technology, statistics, mathematics, or a related field. Advanced SQL experience and proficiency in at least one industry-standard data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau/QuickSight/PowerBI). A proven track record of working with Excel and other reporting tools to create and maintain complex reports. Experience in business intelligence, analysis, or consulting in an e-commerce environment or related field. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded: A passion for working in a team of highly engaged individuals and a collaborative mindset. An enthusiasm for numbers, data, and statistics, combined with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively. Strong action orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to complete tasks and projects with minimal supervision and tight deadlines. Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams. Experience with subscription-based or media content organizations, as well as experience with and/or interest in learning more about cutting-edge data science approaches. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, or statistical programming languages like R or SAS. Familiarity with Adobe Analytics is a plus.
