Your expertise will shine as you handle customer inquiries of varying types, leveraging your active listening skills and probing question techniques to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers through inbound calls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries of varying types, including complex issues that require a high level of problem-solving skills. Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer needs and concerns. Meet and exceed sales targets while managing and overcoming objections from subscribers regarding cancellation and suspend requests to reduce churn. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company offerings and promotions. Collaborate with the team to share best practices and improve overall customer experience. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously. A proven track record of solving problems and meeting goals in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in customer service and sales, with a demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. A high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools. A background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
