The role involves building custom applications, leveraging AI tools, and collaborating across teams to enhance productivity and efficiency. Responsibilities Build and Automate: Design, develop, and maintain automation systems and backend services that enhance productivity and reliability. Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to high-quality solutions under the guidance of senior engineers Develop Custom Applications: Build lightweight, purpose-built web applications that solve domain-specific challenges across Magnite’s ecosystem — helping teams work smarter and faster through tailored internal tools Leverage AI Pragmatically: Use AI-assisted development tools (such as Cursor and Model Context Protocols) to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation — applying these tools thoughtfully to improve delivery speed and consistency Streamline Cross-Functional Workflows: Analyze how different teams — engineering, operations, sales, and others — work within Magnite’s products and systems.
