They are seeking a creative Email Designer to concept, design, and launch email and in-app communications that elevate the brand and enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities Email & In-app content design & creation Create and transform creative designs into functional, responsive emails and in-app messages Bring a creative and brand-driven perspective to evolve our emails, both from a brand and performance perspective Leverage and evolve existing templates and components to ensure brand consistency and accuracy Optimize imagery and video assets for digital performance and visual impact Manage and organize digital assets and metadata within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system Ensure timely and accurate execution of email deployment schedules Oversee localization/translation processes to maintain content accuracy across regions Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for email production Identify and implement improvements to tools, workflows, and platform efficiencies Share best practices with the team to enhance productivity and quality Work closely with creative, IT, and marketing teams to resolve technical issues and optimize functionality Troubleshoot email rendering, deployment, and platform-related challenges Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, using Jira and Confluence for task tracking Skills Demonstrated experience in email design, with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and responsive principles Basic understanding of HTML & CSS for email development Experience working with email marketing platforms Strong English communication skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Creative thinker with a deep appreciation for brand systems and visual storytelling Team player with a proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of projects Benefits Bonus programs Comprehensive health and welfare benefits A 401(k) plan Exclusive perks designed to support your wellbeing A generous employee discount where you can immerse yourself in our products and experiences Company Overview Bose Corporation is a privately held company that designs and manufactures audio equipment.
