About the Role: We are seeking a organized and reliable Data Entry Administrative Assistant to support our team with data management and administrative tasks. This remote role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative duties to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence Verify data for accuracy and completeness Organize and manage digital files and documents Support team members with data-related requests Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management tools Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Previous data entry or administrative support experience preferred but not required Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
