This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Job Title: Customer Delivery Project Coordinator Duration: 12 Months Contract (Extension Possible) Location: 100% Remote within USA Job Description: Delivery Project Coordinator will assist and support project execution by tracking deliverables, monitoring deadlines, and providing timely reports to highlight variances. This role supports the Project Management team with a variety of responsibilities, including scheduling, budgeting, collections, invoicing, tracking, correspondence, and administrative tasks. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles within a business environment; wireless telecom or utility industry experience preferred. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Experience working with databases and corporate tracking tools. • Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills. • Ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence. • Excellent typing and data entry accuracy. • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
