About the Role: Our Assistants is looking for a CRM / Automation Specialist who thrives on creating efficient, automated systems. You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing workflows in Notion , Zapier , and other digital tools to help teams operate more smoothly and scale faster. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain custom CRM systems using Notion . Create automations and integrations with Zapier to streamline internal and client workflows. Develop and document process automations, dashboards, and databases. Troubleshoot and improve existing workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to understand needs and translate them into efficient automation solutions. Maintain organized data structures and ensure system consistency across platforms. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in CRM management, systems automation, or operations support. Proficiency in Notion (databases, linked views, templates) and Zapier (multi-step zaps, filters, conditional logic). Strong understanding of workflow design, data organization, and automation best practices. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and self-driven in a remote work setup. Preferred Skills: Experience with other automation tools (Make, Airtable, arenaflex Sheets, Slack integrations).
