The Crew Scheduling Team within the Integrated Operations Division plays a vital role in maintaining the seamless operation of flights by ensuring that every flight has a complete and legally compliant crew. This role is responsible for monitoring the monthly activity records and legalities concerning flight attendants, ensuring that all contractual and company service requirements are met. Members of this team schedule, reschedule, and reassign flight crews to trips at their assigned base, handling changes with flexibility and precision. Working in this position requires strong decision-making skills, adaptability to constant changes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Proficiency in SABRE/DECS systems and Microsoft Office applications, as well as a deep understanding of labor agreements and operational procedures, are essential. The job involves working various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, sometimes with little notice, reflecting the dynamic nature of airline operations.
