We specialize in high-impact digital strategy, creative content, and performance marketing that drives real results. We are looking for a talented Content Creator to own and manage content for both our CEO’s personal brand and the Digital Artistry agency pages across social platforms. See our pages: Role Overview This role is specifically focused on creating, filming, editing, and managing on-trend content that positions our CEO as a thought leader while strengthening the Digital Artistry brand. You will be responsible for turning ideas, moments, and strategies into engaging short-form content that performs on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. Responsibilities • Create, film, and edit high-quality short-form content for: • CEO’s personal social media pages • Digital Artistry agency social media pages • Stay on top of social media trends, formats, sounds, and platform updates • Plan and execute content calendars for both CEO and agency accounts • Capture behind-the-scenes, office, event, and day-to-day content • Edit videos optimized for performance (hooks, pacing, captions, formatting) • Collaborate closely with the CEO and internal marketing team on content ideas • Ensure brand voice, messaging, and visual consistency • Analyze content performance and adjust strategy based on results Requirements • Proven experience creating on-trend social media content • Strong skills in filming and editing short-form video • Experience managing or contributing to personal brand and/or agency pages • Deep understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn • Ability to work fast, creatively, and independently • Strong eye for storytelling, hooks, and visuals • Comfortable being around executives and capturing authentic moments • Portfolio or examples of relevant content required Bonus Points • Experience working with founders or CEOs • Background in marketing, branding, or social media strategy • Motion graphics or advanced editing skills • Experience with analytics and performance optimization Why Join Digital Artistry • Work directly with an award-winning agency and high-profile leadership • Creative freedom and room to experiment • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company • Be part of a team that values bold ideas and real impact Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Apply tot his job
