We have an opportunity within our Strategic Development team for a Clinical Nurse Educator covering the United States. This position is responsible for providing clinical support and product expertise to physicians and clinical staff. The ideal candidate is responsible for working as a brand ambassador through product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support of products. Who You’ll Work With You will report to the Business Development Director while working closely with the Strategic Development team. Major Accountabilities: • Provide clinical product assistance and training to physicians and clinical staff. • Work directly with clinical teams to provide support, awareness, and guidance on product offerings. • Collect and analyze data regarding customer experiences to better understand needs and solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: • Identify and address any obstacles, objections or opportunities for improvement that may come to light during product evaluations. • Maintain open line of communication with the Business Development Director to ensure assigned evaluations can lead to sales. • Develop and grow customer relationships with physicians, nurses, clinical and hospital administrators, and staff. • Drive collaboration and maintain open communication with assigned team and other internal/external partners. Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing preferred. • 1-5 years Nursing/Healthcare experience, Registered Nurse required. • Ability to travel extensively, up to 75% within the United States. • Capability to obtain and maintain domestic Operating Room Credentials. • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner. • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
