We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable individual to join our team as a Clerk Typist / Virtual Assistant / Administrative Assistant . In this remote role, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our team, ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and thrives in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and word processing tasks Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence Manage emails, calendars, and schedules for team members Conduct online research and compile information as needed Maintain digital filing systems and organize electronic documents Assist with meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-ups Provide general virtual administrative support to staff and departments Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred) Proven experience as a virtual assistant, typist, or administrative assistant Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50 WPM preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and time management abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Preferred Skills (Not Required) Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Slack, Trello, or Asana Experience with customer service or support Bookkeeping or data entry experience What We Offer Fully remote position – work from anywhere Flexible scheduling options Competitive hourly pay or salary Ongoing training and support Opportunities for growth and advancement A collaborative and supportive remote team environment
