Call Center Qualifications for the position include: • 1-2 years experience in a call center environment is a must have. • Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people. • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications. • Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills. • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information. • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Portuguese) strongly preferred.
