We’re looking for a highly motivated, data-driven Business Analyst who will play a key role in the company’s strategic decisions. We expect this team member to transform data into actionable strategic recommendations that drive sustainable business growth. In this role, you´ll: Collect, analyze, and organize data from different sources, ensuring information is accurate, complete, and reliable to support decision-making. Define, monitor, and report KPIs, dashboards, and management reports using Power BI, Tableau, and equivalent tools. Conduct competitive market analyses: competitor benchmarking, pricing, product trends, and customer behavior. Research market opportunities, such as new features, segments, and growth channels. Clearly document business needs, process flows, and objectives for each deliverable. Define practical examples and success criteria for completed work. Work closely with technology teams to ensure efficient solutions, translating business needs into viable technical solutions. Automate repetitive reporting and data collection processes. Participate in backlog prioritization, release planning, and effort estimation. Lead or support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects. Test ideas and strategies, evaluating results to confirm their effectiveness. Support the creation and implementation of new solutions based on insights and learnings. We’re looking for someone who brings: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields. 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Solid experience navigating and managing PowerBI dashboards. Proficiency in SQL, with hands-on experience writing complex queries and optimizing performance. Solid knowledge of competitive analysis, market research, and business case development. Strong data visualization and storytelling skills, able to present insights clearly and impactfully to business stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proactivity, autonomy, prioritization skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Bonus points if you also have Solid experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio or similar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish Prior experience in the iGaming industry.
