Who we are looking for: We are looking for a Catalog Coordinator to help manage our clients catalog on Amazon.com. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of optimized product detail pages and how to help our clients' win the digital shelf through best in class product content. The successful candidate will spend most of their time within the amazon.com Seller Central or Vendor Central portal assuring our clients digital merchandising strategy is best in class. We are looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and firm knowledge of how to upload products, create variation families, load keywords and monitor and address issues on a daily basis. Responsibilities: • Work with Client Success Managers and Account Directors to implement changes for clients on amazon. • Communicating directly with the Brandwoven team and clients to track and outline process of tasks and optimization efforts. • Supporting client success managers in the early stages of a new client relationship to ensure the onboarding experience and first impression of Brandwoven is exceptional. • Product research, content collection and optimization. • Proofreading product page content and internal facing documentation. • Running product page diagnostics on existing products on Amazon • Monitoring, reporting and removing product pages that fraudulently use our clients trademarks or copyrighted material. • Other responsibilities that come when working with a growing agency. Successful Candidates: • 2-5+ years’ experience working with and in amazon.com (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central) • Knowledge of the Amazon back-end and the ability to: load new products, create variations, fix suppressed listings, upload creative content, and other similar work within the Amazon portal. • An extreme eye for detail with impeccable organization skills • A proficient multi-tasker with the ability to manage many tasks at once • Ability to work in a collaborative environment • A problem solver who can work with the many challenges and inconsistencies the Amazon platform provides • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field Compensation and Benefits: • Work/Life Balance: Remote work environment, 3 weeks PTO, 2 personal days and 10 paid holidays • Wellness: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance • Financial Well-Being: Competitive salary with 401k and 4% employer match Job Type: Full Time/Salary Location: Remote Brandwoven affirms the diversity of our local communities including race, religion, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, and gender identity / expression.
