As a valuable member of our remote work-from-home team, you'll assist individuals in navigating their healthcare insurance options, ensuring they receive the best coverage for their needs. What You’ll Be Doing: Guide customers in understanding their coverage and help them select the right products and services. Provide comprehensive customer service, handling both inbound calls and follow-up communications. Respond compassionately to inquiries, utilizing active listening skills to select the best solutions efficiently. Identify additional needs and suggest product upgrades that benefit the customer. Facilitate the sales or renewal of health plans, with performance-based sales conversions expected. What You Bring to the Role: Current health insurance license in your state. Stable high-speed internet connection (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload). A minimum of six months sales experience. Integrity to maintain HIPAA patient privacy. Strong customer service skills, with empathy and active listening abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent. Proficient computer navigation skills.
