Associate Presentation Designer - Temp

They are seeking a talented Associate Presentation Designer (Temp) to support their Brand Design team by creating visually compelling presentation decks for internal and external communications while collaborating closely with key stakeholders. Responsibilities Assist in creating clear, well-organized PowerPoint presentations for internal and executive audiences, with direction from Visual Designers, and Art Directors Apply existing presentation templates and brand guidelines accurately, helping ensure materials are consistent, polished, and visually on-brand Work closely with creative partners and corporate stakeholders including Chiefs of Staff and Communications Managers to understand content needs and support presentation development Help translate notes, rough ideas, and basic data into simple visuals, charts, and layouts that support the overall story Make updates based on feedback, support live working sessions when needed, and build confidence working under tight timelines with attention to detail Skills Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field 1+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. Prior internship experience is preferred Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Keynote and other design software Portfolio/website showcasing visual brand and presentation design work Understanding of brand identity, design principles, typography, and color theory Exceptional creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and tackle design challenges Ability to adapt to changing priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving project requirements while maintaining a high level of integrity and quality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to take creative direction and work collaboratively within a team environment Prior experience working in digital asset management tools (DAM) a plus Benefits Annual bonus Personalized time off 14-Paid holidays Dental Vision 401(k) And much more Company Overview Stanley 1913 offers durable drinkware and cookware, including vacuum bottles, mugs, and thermoses, with double-walled vacuum insulation.
