Oversee the daily operations of the clinical health services department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare outcomes for our members, in collaboration with other departments and teams. Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care. Monitor and analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new programs and initiatives that align with company goals and objectives. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare management to continuously improve processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to healthcare services. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet department goals and objectives. Act as a liaison between the clinical health services department and other departments within the company.
