Architectural Designer (Fit-Out)
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer with expertise in fit-out projects, 3D modeling, and technical drawing. In this role, you’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver innovative and functional design solutions from concept through to site implementation. If you’re passionate about transforming spaces and bringing creative visions to life, we’d love to hear from you. Develop concept and detailed designs for fit-out projects. Produce 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and walkthroughs to convey design intent. Translate client briefs into functional and visually compelling design solutions. Prepare accurate working drawings, shop drawings, and technical details for production. Support fabrication and site implementation teams with precise design outputs. Ensure all documentation complies with building codes, fit-out standards, and client requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align design and production requirements. Manage project timelines and deliverables within agreed schedules. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to refine design outcomes. Requirements Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion Rendering. Strong capability in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization. Knowledge of building codes, materials, and fit-out best practices. 3–5+ years in architectural design, with a focus on urban planning, 3D modeling, and project management. Proven track record in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Background in delivering both conceptual and technical design packages. Benefits Why Join Twoconnect?
