Analytics Consultant / BI Specialist for Looker Studio Integration
We're a fast-moving small business looking for an experienced Analytics Consultant or BI Specialist to integrate data from multiple platforms into Looker Studio and build functional dashboards within 2 weeks. We currently have data across Laravel (application database), Google Analytics 4, Sugar CRM, Zoho and Google Sheets that needs to be consolidated for unified reporting. We'll provide predefined key metrics and dashboard priorities upfront to streamline the process. Your role will be to establish API connections and data integrations across multiple platforms, validate data availability, provide input on our metric definitions where needed, and build core dashboards with automated refresh schedules. We're looking for an MVP approach - functional and scalable rather than perfect - that we can iterate on over time. Deliverables include: working Looker Studio dashboards with live data connections, basic documentation of data sources and refresh schedules, a brief training session for our team, and recommendations for future enhancements. Timeline is 2 weeks with data connections established by end of Week 1 and dashboards live by end of Week 2. You must have: proven experience building Looker Studio dashboards and custom connectors, hands-on experience with at least 3 of our platforms, strong API integration and ETL skills, SQL proficiency, and comfort working in rapid sprint methodology. Experience with small business analytics and common KPIs across sales, marketing, finance, and operations is a plus. We'll provide: immediate platform access with all necessary credentials, predefined priority metrics before kickoff, and quick decision-making from our team. We're looking for someone available to start immediately and work intensively over the next few weeks, with potential for ongoing monthly support (5-10 hours/month) for iterations after the initial build.
