Our Client, a well-established multinational multi-brand D2C e-commerce company operating in the USA is looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to fill an immediate opening for an Amazon Account Manager for a full-time remote job to support the scale up and growth for our several Amazon brands. You will be responsible for growing our brands and products on Amazon. You will be analysing products performance on the regular basis, suggesting improvements to the quality of product listings and marketing tools (advertising, deals, etc), managing launch-related projects, troubleshooting issues, as well as contributing to an overall sales strategy The successful candidate will take initiative and have the natural skillset to start tasks with little guidance, have amazing analytical and project management skills, react with appropriate urgency to situations which require a quick turnaround and efficiently complete projects that meet company objectives. ABOUT US We are creating the leading ecommerce-focused consumer business. We sell direct to consumer through marketplace channels (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay) Were focused on dramatically accelerating existing brands through complex marketing and launching new products for selling in US, Canada and European markets. ABOUT YOU • You have 2 to 3 years experience with Amazon PL business • Shopify, Ebay and Wallmart experience is a plus • Great understanding of Amazon fundamentals such as Amazon Best Practices, listing creation, listing optimization, search terms research & analysis. • Understanding of Amazon Advertising • Digital marketing experience and understanding of external traffic tools would be a plus. • Expertise in tools like Helium 10, Sellertools etc • Strong Excel skills, experience working with dashboards and advanced sales tracking tools • Self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team and independently • Experience working with project management tools (Asana etc) ABOUT THE POSITION Working closely with the Leadership Team you will help manage the Amazon operations • Drive top line growth through tracking KPIs & achieving sales goals • Drive sales via advanced tactics & Amazon sales, coupons, deals etc. • Monitor various companies' market offerings, identify market developments, pricing/business models, sales, etc. • Maintain Amazon product detail pages - tracking and improving Amazon listings performance • Work with Amazon Seller Support & Account Managers to resolve issues such as downed listings account health, and compliance updates • Work on listings Bulk uploads via Flat Files • Use tools and software to optimize content based on your strong knowledge of keyword research, Amazon algorithm, and product search rankings. Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings to increase product ranking • Work on new product listings with Marketing and Creative Teams • Manage Launch related projects for products in development stage • Adhoc tasks/projects to stay ahead of the ecommerce learning curve • Manage Launch related projects - making sure the new product content development and launch preparations are optimised and are in line with the roadmaps and deadlines • Manage, record and improve Amazon related processes Apply tot his job
